• To secure reservation, we require a deposit. The landlord reserves the right to retain the full deposit if the stay is cancelled less than 90 days before the start of the reservation.
• Check-in is between 4pm to 6pm, and check-out by 10am. Tourist taxes are payable at the end of the stay based on the number of guests, according to local regulations.
• Upon arrival, guests are required to provide a refundable deposit of 5,000 CZK, which will be returned at the end of the stay after a house inspection.
• The price includes average electricity consumption for the given period. Additional consumption will be charged at a rate of 6 CZK per kWh.
• Tap facilities must be ordered in advance and are at a small charge.
