The property is suitable for families with children; it has a large garden, two covered terraces, a heated outdoor pool with a counter-current system, grill, fire pit, garden house for children, swings with sandbox, trampoline, table tennis, and hammock. There is also a grass play area with a net for football or volleyball. Parking for seven vehicles, including a recharging facility for electric vehicles, is available directly at the house.

There are five ski resorts within 15 km of the cabin that are ideal for everyone from beginners to the most advanced skiers. The renowned ski resorts of Špindlerův Mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou are less than 30 km. It is possible to go cross-country skiing directly outside the house on marked trails, as well as on the ridges of the Krkonoše mountains, or in the dedicated cross-country skiing area in Vrchlabí. Opposite the cabin, there is a 100m slope suitable for sledding and tubing.

There are cycling paths in the nearby surroundings and cyclo-buses that can take you to the peaks of the Krkonoše mountains.
