The ground floor has a large kitchen with dining area and tiled stoves, and is equipped with a television (SAT TV, DVD player), a living room with bar and television (O2TV, Netflix), and two bedrooms with private bathrooms:

For 3 people - a double bed and a single bed. An additional bed or a crib can be added if needed. The room has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and washing machine.

For 4 people - a double bed and two single beds. The room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower.

Dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, smaller refrigerator, coffee maker with drip-brew system, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric stove with oven and ceramic hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and mixer.

Constantly warm whirlpool for 5 people with shower.

Third bedroom (rest room)

Large lounge with three sun loungers, a large monitor and a sofa bed. This room can be used as a relaxation room, as a playroom for children or as a third bedroom for two people if the maximum capacity is used.

The first floor has three additional bedrooms with a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub, toilet, and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and each guest has access to two towels and one sauna blanket. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and mop available. The house is heated by a heat pump, which can be combined with heating from tiled stoves. Hot water is provided by a 500-litre boiler.
